Terms of working together.
These terms explain the basis on which Danulo Studio provides photography and related production services.
Bookings
A commission is confirmed after scope, fee, schedule and required booking payment are agreed in writing. Proposals state the relevant delivery and usage terms.
Changes and cancellation
Changes to scope may affect the fee or delivery date. Where a session is cancelled, committed third-party costs may remain payable; these are explained as early as possible.
Image use
Delivered photographs are licensed for the agreed purpose. Any additional use, timing or scope is discussed directly before publication.
